DESCRIPTION

The current Club Vela Blanes building has the feature section that allows the extension of Paseo de Mar without causing any visual barrier to the sea. The new buildings, for use in sailing school, locker rooms, fitness center and water area, are defined with the same section in order to respect the maximum current building.

It adds a fourth stair access from the Paseo de Mar and build towers to act as a landmark to signal different activities also a marina, restaurant, social club and sailing school.

In central pier stands a new building which offer the services of the gas station, office of boatswain locker seamanship, warehouse, service locker rooms and a small bar with a porch that will facilitate the provision a terrace area. On the roof of the building is built a tower to locate the antennas and telecommunication devices. The proportions of this tower are the same as those provided in the new "doors" at Club Vela Blanes, to establish a dialogue between them and reinforce the image of the set of the new Club.

At the request of the City Council of Blanes, Club Vela Blanes runs a walkway attached to the garbi dock for easy urban stroll to the end and enjoy views of the harbor and the town. Is expected to provide access across the dock to allow reaching the boarding area of the cruise ships inside the marina.
